1 Content of the online offer, limitation of liability
BAXI INNOTECH GmbH (the “Provider“) does not accept any liability for the information provided being up to date, correct, complete or for its quality. Liability claims against the Provider regarding damages of material or immaterial nature, resulting from the use or disuse of the presented information respectively the use of erroneous or incomplete information, are strictly excluded, as far as the Provider did not demonstrably act intentionally or gross negligently. All offers are unbinding and subject to change without notice. The Provider explicitly reserves the right to change, amend or delete parts of the pages or the whole offer without previous notice, or to cease the publication temporarily or irrevocably.

4 Data Protection
By visiting the website of the Provider, information regarding the access (date, time, accessed page) might be saved on the server. These data do not belong to personal data, but are anonymized. They are exclusively used for statistical evaluation. A transfer to third parties, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, is excluded.
